We will be running the Cider and Perry Trials at Dragon Orchard in the Harry Taylor Memorial Hall (the Green Shed).
Please note the following
- This is the entry form for the main competition. There is also a Novice competition if you are new to cider and perry making with its own entry form.
- The closing date for entry is 5.00pm BST on Saturday 26th April.
- The event will be held at Dragon Orchard in Putley – postcode HR8 2RG.
- You can enter a maximum of FIVE classes.
- We have set a ceiling of 40 entries in draught class and 15 in the bottled classes on a first-come-first-served basis. Once the maximum number of entries has been reached for a class, the form below will no longer accept entries for that class. You will still be able to make entries in other classes, provided they have not reached the limit.
- Payment will be £4 per entry, and payment can be made using a credit or debit card after completing the form.
- We will be accepting your entries from 08.30 to 10.30 on the morning of Saturday 3rd May at Dragon Orchard. If you unable to be there at those times, we are also able to accept entries on the evening of Friday 2nd May between 17.30 and 19.00 at Dragon Orchard. Please let us know if you wish to come at this time.
- Draught entries must be in clean, unmarked, glass 1 gallon/4.5 litre demi-johns as they go on display at the public event on the Sunday and Monday of the Blossomtime weekend. Replacement demi-johns can be collected on delivery of entries, subject to availability. Alternatively you can collect your entries from Dragon Orchard from 4pm on Monday, 5th May.
- Bottled entries should be in appropriate 75cl bottles. Wired cork or crown caps acceptable.
Please enter using the form below. We can only accept online entries. ‘N/A’ shows the class has reached its maximum number of entries.
